Methodology

How we measure the results we publish

Results reflect selected Legion deployments measured over the stated period. Outcomes vary by industry, lead source, offer, sales process, and workflow configuration. This page documents where the numbers on our marketing pages come from, and where they should be read with care.

Under 60 seconds
Typical lead-response time
Definition
Elapsed time between a new lead arriving in Legion and the first AI-initiated call, SMS, or email attempt.
Sample
Active Legion deployments, 2025
Measurement period
Rolling 90-day window
Baseline
Industry benchmark for SMB inbound response is measured in hours, not seconds.
Data source
Legion internal telemetry (event timestamps on lead ingestion and first outbound touch).
Limitations
Excludes leads suppressed by configured business hours, do-not-contact rules, or throttled sending. Response speed depends on integration webhook latency from upstream sources.
More booked appointments
Lift vs. manual follow-up
Definition
Change in booked appointments per 100 inbound leads after replacing manual follow-up with Legion's automated workflow.
Sample
Selected customer deployments with pre/post data available
Measurement period
First 60–90 days after launch, compared to the prior equivalent period
Baseline
Customer's own manual follow-up performance immediately before launch.
Data source
Booking events written to Legion + customer-provided prior-period baselines.
Limitations
Not a randomized comparison. Lift varies materially by industry, lead source quality, offer, and human-team follow-through on handoffs.
Higher return on lead spend
Attributed pipeline vs. prior workflow
Definition
Change in appointment-attributed revenue per dollar of ad and lead-gen spend after Legion is deployed.
Sample
Customers who share ad-spend data via connected ad accounts
Measurement period
Rolling 90-day window vs. matched prior period
Baseline
Customer's ROI on the same lead sources before Legion was activated.
Data source
Ad platform spend + Legion booking and revenue attribution.
Limitations
Requires accurate revenue write-back from the customer. Does not isolate Legion's contribution from concurrent changes to offer, pricing, or ad creative.

A note on precision

Where we do not yet have verified per-metric data for a given surface, we prefer less precise product statements: respond to leads in under 60 seconds, follow up automatically across calls, texts, and email, and book qualified prospects directly into your calendar. We would rather understate than publish a number we can't defend.
